SCHEDULE
6PM - Pre-Awards Reception begins (Nominees, Sponsors and GMS Members only). This is in the upstairs lobby at The Wiltern.
7PM - Doors open for Friends of the Guild and General Admission.
8PM - Awards Ceremony begins
10PM - After Party begins. This is open to all awards guests and will be held in the main lobby at The Wiltern.

Where do I check in?
GMS MEMBERS & MEMBER GUESTS, AWARDS SPONSORS, NOMINEES & NOMINEE GUESTS: check-in will be just inside the main entrance, NOT at the box office. Check-in tables will be staffed with GMS volunteers wearing black shirts with the GMS logo. No physical ticket needed, just a photo ID.
FRIENDS OF THE GUILD: please check in at the guild tables near the main entrance, NOT at the box office. Tables will be staffed with volunteers wearing black t-shirts with the GMS logo.
GENERAL ADMISSION: please check in at the box office with LiveNation.
HOSPITALITY
Will there be an open bar?
No. Cash Bar (credit cards accepted)
Will there be food?
Light fare and appetizers will be served.
PARKING
Where do I park?
There are several parking lots in the area. The most convenient lot is the Ralph's parking structure located south and east of the theatre on Oxford street. Enter only thru the Northern entrance - not the Ralphs entrance.
Is there valet parking available?
Valet is available at the venue for a fee.

Will there be a printed program for the awards?
No, but there will be a run-of-show available on sched.com.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
Can I take public transportation?
The Metro Purple Line stops right across the street from The Wiltern and connects with Downtown LA, Union Station, and Metro Red Line (to Hollywood). Metro Purple line operates until midnight on weekdays (Sunday to Thursday) and 2:00AM on weekends. Please check metro.net for the most up to date information.

What time should I arrive?
Nominees, Members, and Sponsors: 6 PM for the Pre-Party
Friends of the Guild and General admission tickets: doors open at 7 PM
Show starts at 8PM
When does the show begin and end?
8 PM-10 PM (possible overtime)
Who is invited to the Pre-Party?
Only Nominees, Members (freelance, associate, corporate, legacy, and foreign affiliate) and Awards Sponsors are invited to the Pre-Party. All others (Friends of the Guild, General Admission) are invited to join at 7 PM when doors open.
Who is invited to the After Party?
All guests are invited to the awards show Ater Party beginning immediately after the show ends until midnight.
SEATING
Where will I sit?
Tables are reserved for Sponsors. General seating is open (partial main floor and balcony).
NOMINEES, there is a section reserved in the front for you and a guest - first come, first served.
TICKETS
Can I get tickets at the door?
No. Member/FOG tickets must be purchased or reserved in advance. ONLY General Admission will be sold at the door.
